Our History
VHZ-DIS, spol. s r.o. has been writing its story since 1992. The company began its operations in leased premises within the Montované stavby industrial area. A major milestone followed in 1995, when we acquired our own production facility. After a two-year reconstruction period, we relocated in 1997 to our current headquarters at Mírová Street in Brno–Černovice, where we remain today.
Initially, our activities were focused primarily on the Czech market. Since 2005, we have gradually expanded our operations abroad, particularly into Slovakia, opening new opportunities and strengthening our international experience.
Our commitment to quality and professionalism was reinforced in 2007 with the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001. This was followed by the introduction of an Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 18001). These efforts culminated in successful certification in 2009, the same year we established an organizational branch in Slovakia.

We specialize in complete turnkey deliveries of wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and drinking water reservoirs.
We cooperate closely with leading construction companies in the Czech Republic and are recognized as a trusted partner for complex water technology projects.
Our strength lies in our extensive know-how, a highly skilled professional team, and our in-house design and engineering department, which enable us to deliver comprehensive solutions from initial design through to final implementation. Thanks to this approach, we maintain a stable and strong position in the market of water infrastructure technologies.
