Based on customer requirements we design technical solutions ranging from small scale water management objects up to complex technological systems. We provide complete services - everything from initial studies to realization documentation.
Simpler installations are handled in a form of one-step documentation, more complex ones have to undergo a larger set of project planning steps – documentation for planning permits and for building permits, documentation of specifications, realization documentation (construction documentation), documentation of actual conditions.
Apart from that, we have experience in designing and delivering turnkey solutions (FIDIC - Yellow Book) - based on provided input parameters and expected outputs, we create a solution design with project documentation, and then we realize the construction and provide guarantee and maintenace.
Definition of the Operating Rules
Operating rules of a water infrastructure object (treatment plants and their smaller parts) define a list of rules, instructions and documentation necessary for operation and maintenance of these objects and their equipment. The operating rules have to be compliant with relevant laws and executive orders, that take the project documentation into account - definining manipulation and operating rules' contents.Creation of an emergency plan (in case of an accident)
Definition of an emergency plan is required by law for every user manipulating potentially harmful substances in larger volumes, or when these harmful substances have the possibility to endanger surface or ground waters. Therefore, emergency plans are created in compliance with local laws and executive orders that define high-level contents of these plans - methods and scales of accident reporting, their remediation, and also mitigation of their negative consequences.
